DESCRIPTION:Elders! Get ready for a 12-week series of Culture is Prevention beginning August 23rd in our Youth and Family Space at SNAHC Florin Road. This special series will discuss The Totem Balance System\, a holistic approach to balance and fall prevention for elders that is based on the native principles of totem philosophy. This system emphasizes the importance of maintaining balance and harmony in all aspects of life\, including physical\, mental\, emotional\, and spiritual well-being and can help individuals reduce their risk of falls and promote healthy aging.
