DESCRIPTION:Come join us from 1pm to 2pm in the SNAHC Midtown Sequoia Room for Vibrant Moves\, a one-hour class specifically designed to help improve your overall health and well-being through lower-impact movements with the aid of a chair. Open to all fitness levels and abilities\, we will learn skills to improve strength\, balance\, cardiovascular health\, and injury prevention. DESCRIPTION:This group will allow a space for support\, processing\, learning\, and skill building. Facilitators will teach you skills for your toolbox to help you manage your symptoms of depression.
