DESCRIPTION:Ready to eat better and save money? Healing Ways is teaming up with UC Cooperative Extension\, Sacramento County for the “Eating Smart-Being Active” workshop series! We’re offering nine free classes led by UC Nutrition Educator Alicia Fraticelli. Classes will take place in our Healing Ways Teaching Kitchen and will focus on preparing healthy\, budget-friendly recipes. Participants who complete the series will receive a Certificate of Completion. \nNo pre-registration needed! We welcome walk-ins\, and enrollment will be handled in person on your first day of class.
