DESCRIPTION:Join SNAHC as we invite our patients to attend our Back-to-School event on Friday\, July 31st. Starting at 8:30 AM until 4 PM at our Florin clinic\, we will be supporting children and families with readiness resources\, preventive healthcare services\, and connections to community programs. \nOur hope is to prepare children and families for a successful school year\, and you can expect well-child visit\, immunizations\, Dental services\, and Behavioral Health services for patients.
