I have experience working with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance misuse, and behavioral and emotional challenges. I have experience working with children and adults. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. My interest is to work with children and adolescents to help them develop resilience in order to buffer developmental disruptions and prevent long-term effects of trauma. Some therapeutic modalities that I use include:

- Aggression Replacement Therapy (ARP)
- Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) components
