The Sacramento Native American Health Center (SNAHC) is proud to announce the completion of our new Medical Center (the new dental office is expected in the fall) at 2020 J Street, in the heart of Midtown, Sacramento. Our bigger and better – New Health Center
The upgraded state-of-the-art facility features 18 spacious exam rooms and a new, inviting, waiting area. The expansion has allowed us to double the number of providers, and increase our ability to see patients quickly, in many cases same-day appointments are available. Meet our friendly and knowledgeable staff that includes doctors, nurses and specialists who are experts at providing the highest standard of care. In addition to primary medical, comprehensive dental and behavioral health services, we have added much needed specialty care including optometry, podiatry, chiropractic care and psychiatry using the latest technology.
Expanded Health Care Services
We welcome you to explore our new specialty services that allow us to treat more of your health needs in one place. SNAHC is your partner in family based primary care, dental services, behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, group health education, home visitation programs and extensive community health outreach and education.
We are still in the same midtown location but we have expanded and now offer more services to meet your needs, including new programs that include Hep C treatment options, transgender health services and an outpatient detox program using Suboxone.
We provide convenient same-day appointments to our members and have Saturday appointments to fit your busy schedule. Our goal is to be able to see you when you need us, without having to wait. We provide high quality care in a friendly environment that you have come to expect from your SNAHC health care partners. The Health Center has plenty of patient parking and is easily accessible from the light rail in addition to a bus stop right out front – with a bus every 20 minutes.
