This approximately 35,000 square foot facility offers medical, behavioral health, dental, and supportive services. This location also has a Youth and Family Space. The SNAHC Florin Road location will double SNAHC’s patient population in Sacramento County and serve as an additional location for the provision of quality healthcare for all. There are no tribal or ethnic requirements to receive services at SNAHC Florin Road.

Updates and Timeline
Groundbreaking and construction began at SNAHC Florin Road in October 2021. Initial projects include renovation of two existing buildings that house integrated medical and behavioral health services and the Youth and Family Space. These buildings originally supported the operations of a car dealership. A third building was newly constructed connecting the two existing structures; it houses the dental clinic and the main lobby/patient waiting area. The Master Blueprint for the space is viewable here.
