Dear SNAHC Patient,
We want to let you know that starting October 1, 2025, absent Congressional action to extend telehealth flexibilities you should expect the following changes:
Medical Appointments
- Medicare patients will no longer be able to receive telehealth services for non-behavioral health care.
- You will still have Medicare coverage. You will just need to come to our office for your medical appointment.
Behavioral Health Appointments
- Depending on the date of your last in-person visit, you may qualify for telehealth. Contact us at (916) 341-0575 for confirmation.
What you need to do:
- If you already have an in-person visit scheduled, you don’t need to do anything.
- If you have a Medicare telehealth visit scheduled, please contact us at (916) 341-0575 to discuss further.
