Diabetes Talking Circle: Stress Management

Every month Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc. offers free, informative, and fun workshops about Diabetes Self-Management.
Join us Tuesday, November 14th, for a discussion about our mental and spiritual health and how to manage stress presented by Albert Titman Sr.
The group will meet from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Sequoia Room (upstairs from Dental)
