My professional interest is Family Medicine, which allows me to see a full spectrum of Primary care. I enjoy being in the frontline, knowing the bigger picture in a patient’s health history, and I enjoy the unique intellectual challenge this profession offers.

Philosophy of Care
I am passionate about a healthy well-balanced lifestyle in order to prevent diseases. Also, I believe that in order to manage chronic diseases more effectively and get successful results in achieving good health, it is imperative to see the patient as a whole, keep treatment plan simple to follow, and to keep up with the lifelong learning of evidence-based medicine.
Hobbies and Interests
Outside of my active clinical practice, I have a busy life with my husband, Christopher, and three beautiful little girls. Together, as a family, we enjoy cooking, playing board games, and drawing. To stay active, I occasionally play tennis or go out for a run.
