Philosophy of Care
Although behavioral health is my area of focus, health care encompasses the whole person. Understanding patients as individuals with unique lives that coexist with their mates, families, friends, employers, communities, and within larger society is important. Providing care from this perspective ensures we help patients to live and manage their lives to the best of their ability, while maintaining their definition of personal dignity and integrity.
