Every month Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc. offers free, informative, and fun workshops about Diabetes Self-Management.

Join us Tuesday, September 5, for a special presentation on how we can love and give ourselves the best self-care possible: in our food, medication, and our lives!

The group will meet from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Medical Clinic Lobby, 2020 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95811.
