Diabetes Talking Circle: Open Forum

Every month Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc. offers free, informative, and fun workshops about Diabetes Self-Management.
Join us Tuesday, September 5, for an open forum… ask questions or listen to others living well with Diabetes.
The group will meet from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Medical Clinic Lobby, 2020 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95811.
