Philosophy of Care:

I believe therapy is a collaborative process grounded in trust, authenticity, and human connection. I meet clients where they are and adapt therapy to their unique strengths, identities, and needs, honoring each person as the expert of their own life. My practice is rooted in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive perspective that recognizes the influence of personal history, family, community, and culture. I view healing as a holistic process—emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual—and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can deepen self-awareness, explore new insights, and shift patterns that no longer serve them. Ultimately, I walk alongside clients as they reconnect with their worth and move toward a more grounded, authentic, and meaningful life.

What I love about working at SNAHC:

Working at SNAHC gives me a strong sense of community and shared purpose. I feel grateful to be part of an organization that values cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and genuine relationships. Being surrounded by colleagues who consistently show compassion and dedication helps me grow both personally and professionally. I appreciate SNAHC’s commitment to whole-person healing—mind, body, and spirit—and the way it creates a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. This mission deeply aligns with my values as a therapist and as a human being.
