2026 DLW Grocery Store Tour: Focus on Fiber

For this DLW class, we will meet at a grocery store in the Sacramento area on Thursday, February 26, 2026, 10am-12pm

• Space is limited to the first 5 people registered
• Each registered participant will receive minimum of $25 in groceries and supplies to make a healthy meal at home!
• A healthy to-go lunch will be provided at the end of the tour
• Participation in this class involves pre-class homework
• This class is open only to those who did not participate in the December 2025 Grocery Store Tour
