Philosophy of Care:

As a client, it can be hard to take that first step toward healing your mental health, relationships, or life challenges, but trust me it’s worth it. As a therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you on this journey of healing, I’m not here to control you, judge you, or blame you.

I believe in the possibility of growth and change for everyone. I believe in non-judgement, pure and simple. I believe in always being compassionate, but I’m not afraid to be straight-up with you. I believe there’s more to people than just their challenges, mistakes, and diagnoses – there’s dreams, traumas, relationships, broken systems, hope, and so much more.

What I love about working at SNAHC:

I appreciate working in an environment that centers culture and community as part of our care. As a patient, it’s about more than just your diagnosis – we value everything that makes you who you are.
