Professional Interests / Specialties:
Each person brings a unique story, set of experiences, and strengths into therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring life’s challenges without fear of judgement. I would like to work collaboratively with you to better understand your worries, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical skills that support lasting growth.
Using evidence-based approaches, I work alongside clients to identify patterns, develop healthy coping skills, and build on the strengths they already have. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Philosophy of Care:
I don’t believe anyone should have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, or simply trying to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention. I believe therapy should be a place where curiosity is encouraged, progress is celebrated, and setbacks are viewed as opportunities for learning and growth.
What I love about working at SNAHC:
I appreciate SNAHC’s whole-person approach to care and its commitment to serving the community with compassion, respect, and cultural humility.
