Join Us for SNAHC’s Inaugural Fundraiser: “First Foods Dinner: An Indigenous Culinary Experience”
The Sacramento Native American Health Center’s (SNAHC’s) inaugural fundraiser, “First Foods Dinner: An Indigenous Culinary Event,” will be held on October 4, 2025 at the Mack Powell Event Center in Sacramento, CA. Featuring a six-course prix fixe menu by James Beard award semi-finalist Chef Crystal Wahpepah and highlighting Indigenous cuisine from Northern California, the meal will include education about each course and its sourcing, patient success stories presented by SNAHC healthcare providers, and a silent auction with items from local shops and organizations. All proceeds from the fundraiser support SNAHC and its provision of medical, behavioral health, dental, and supportive healthcare to vulnerable and low-income residents of Sacramento County.
