Back-to-School Event (Appointment-Only)

Join SNAHC as we invite our patients to attend our Back-to-School event on Friday, July 31st. Starting at 8:30 AM until 4 PM at our Florin clinic, we will be supporting children and families with readiness resources, preventive healthcare services, and connections to community programs.
Our hope is to prepare children and families for a successful school year, and you can expect well-child visit, immunizations, Dental services, and Behavioral Health services for patients. Additionally, we will be providing raffle prizes, healthcare resources, school supplies, and more for all of our patients with scheduled appointments on this day!
