SNAHC will be hosting a Breast Cancer Screening Event for in partnership with Anthem and Alinea on Wednesday, December 13th from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm at our Midtown location on 2020 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95811. Representatives from Every Woman Counts and UC Davis will be on-site to provide educational materials for women’s health as well as gift cards for those that complete their screening. This event is open to current registered patients only. Patients may call the main line and ask for Population Health.  Pre-registration is required.
