Every month Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc. offers free, informative, and fun workshops about Diabetes Self-Management.

Join us Tuesday, December 5th, for a screening of the documentary “Hungry for Change” about healthy living, healthy eating, and how to avoid being tricked by the food industry. Free flu shots will also be available!

The group will meet from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Sequoia Room (upstairs from Dental)
