Open to patients and community members.

Thursday, March 8th- Building Healthy Relationships
Thursday, March 15th- HIV and other STDs
Thursday, March 22nd- Communication with Youths – About sex!
Thursday, March 29th- Pre-Conception Care

Birth Control Methods: Are you looking to delay or prevent pregnancy for yourself or a youth? Curious about what options are available, and how well they work? Come explore the latest and greatest birth control methods, and the facts and fiction associated with each.
Building Healthy Relationships: Do you find yourself wanting to set better boundaries with your partners, or to help the youths in your life do the same? Come learn what healthy and unhealthy relationships may look like and how to establish trust, build respect, and communicate boundaries.
HIV and other STDs: Remember all those gross pictures from Sex Ed??? Those symptoms are actually very rare, and most STDs have no visible symptoms! Come learn the truth about common STDs, and how to protect yourself and your loved ones from these infections.
Communication with Youths – About sex!: Are you dreading having “the talk” with the youths in your life? Do you need to brush up on your communication skills? Come learn the latest youth sexual health information, and some tips for how to start the difficult conversations.
Pre-Conception Care: Are you interested in learning how to care for your body before, during, after, and between pregnancies? Come learn what is needed for a healthy pregnancy, including supplements, what harmful toxins and activities to avoid, and the beginning steps for creating a reproductive life plan.
