Come join the fun from 1pm to 2pm in our Youth and Family Space at SNAHC Florin Road! Learn the traditional Hawaiian dance with music and storytelling while preserving culture. Open to all fitness levels and abilities, and taught by Certified Personal Trainer and Hula instructor Michelle Kalio Sweeting. Hula for Health FLORIN occurs 1-2pm on the 4^th Thursday of each month.
