Come join us from 1pm to 2pm in our Youth and Family Space at SNAHC J street in the sequoia, a one-hour class specifically designed to help improve your overall health and well-being through lower-impact movements with the aid of a chair. Open to all fitness levels and abilities, we will learn skills to improve strength, balance, cardiovascular health, and injury prevention. This class is taught by Certified Personal Trainer Amy Nielson and brought to you by Healing Ways. Vibrant Moves J street occurs 1-2pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.
