My main therapeutic techniques include Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. As a therapist, I am dedicated to working with adults, survivors of domestic violence, immigrants, and refugees.
