My background includes working with youth, families, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and challenges with emotional regulation. I am especially passionate about working with individuals from marginalized and underserved communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating cultural identities, immigration experiences, and personal values. I strive to provide care that is culturally responsive, affirming, and tailored to each client’s lived experience.
