Philosophy of Care:

My philosophy of care is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and hope. I became a clinician because I believe everyone deserves a safe place to heal, grow, and feel heard. Through my own experiences, I learned that our past does not have to define our future. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build practical skills that foster resilience and meaningful change. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, develop self-compassion, and create a path toward greater emotional well-being and fulfillment. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, goals, and experiences.

What I love about working at SNAHC:

What I appreciate most about working at SNAHC is the organization’s commitment to providing compassionate, whole-person care to the community. I value being part of a multidisciplinary team that recognizes the connection between mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is rewarding to work alongside dedicated professionals who share a commitment to helping individuals and families access the support they need to thrive.
