I am committed to collaborating with my clients as part of their life story towards healing and perseverance. To this end, I utilize multiple evidence-based interventions to best serve my clients, especially Solution-Focused and Acceptance and Commitment therapeutic modalities, as well as mindfulness and grief counseling practices. I specialize in working with LGBTQ2IAP+ folks, especially those who identify as transgender, nonbinary, or otherwise gender-expansive.

I strongly believe in the sacred interconnectedness of all living beings and that it is through these relationships that we find our strength. My approach is centered on fostering a collaborative relationship with clients and providing a non-judgmental space as clients navigate self-reflection and self-acceptance towards self-love.
