I have worked extensively with people facing various psychological challenges such as grief/loss, depression, anxiety, intimate partner violence, sexual trauma, intimacy and communication issues, racial and sexual minority identity development concerns, gender-affirming-related issues, and complex trauma. When creating a therapeutic environment, I prioritize safety, trust, and mutual respect, on which the therapeutic alliance is built. I incorporate a range of modalities, which are tailored to the individual and their issues.
