Philosophy of Care:

My philosophy of care is grounded in trauma-informed and client-centered approach that respects everyone’s lived experience, strengths, and readiness for change. I believe effective therapy should combine insights, skill development, and measurable progress toward improved functioning. Through the integration of evidence-based approaches and collaborative treatment planning, I aim to support clients in building resilience, enhancing self-awareness, and achieving long-term emotional and behavioral wellness

What I love about working at SNAHC:

Working at SNAHC has been one of the most meaningful parts of my career. I love that the work is rooted in purpose-serving individuals and families who often need support the most. Every day, I could walk alongside people navigating trauma, severe mental health challenges, and life transitions, and that kind of impact is priceless.  Working at SNAHC allows me to advocate, to provide holistic and culturally responsive care, and to collaborate with passionate professionals who genuinely care about making a positive difference. SNAHC challenges me, grows me, and reminds me why I chose this profession in the first place.
