In my practice, I emphasize the importance of witnessing others’ healing journeys and being witnessed on our own, whether through family, community, and culture. Seeing ourselves represented in our community is powerful to see what can be possible when exploring our mental health. My experience includes community mental health, Gender-Affirming care, LGBTQIA+, Latine/Chicane, Migration cultural-related experiences, Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma-related experiences.
My modalities & lenses include: Narrative Therapy, Gender Affirming Care, Trauma-Informed Care, CBT, Person-centered, Humanistic, Queer & Feminist Theory, culturally responsive, Latine-centered, immigration-informed, and intersectional lenses.
