Philosophy of Care:
My philosophy of care is rooted in my own journey of managing emotions through life’s many challenges. Through developing mental and emotional resilience in the face of adversity, I have gained a unique perspective on what it means to struggle, heal, and grow. I believe that while we are not responsible for the hardships life may bring, we are responsible for how we learn from them and work toward healing.
I strongly value both health and well-being and believe that personal growth is possible at every stage of life. My approach is grounded in compassion, empowerment, and practical support, helping individuals recognize their strengths and build resilience. Although the healing process can be difficult, I believe it is possible to find peace, comfort, and fulfillment beyond our struggles.
What I love about working at SNAHC:
One of the things I appreciate most about working at SNAHC is the ability to have both meaningful work and harmony in my life. Being part of an organization that supports its
employees while serving the community allows me to bring my best self to the people I work with and care for every day.
