Anger Management – 12 Week Class

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
This 12 week course will be focused on developing managing anger in a healthy way, improving relationships and settings goals.
*Enrollment letter and Certificates of Completion will be provided
Registration is required.
All sessions are currently held via Zoom on Wednesdays from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
