I work with a variety of issues that come up for people over the course of their life, including depression, anxiety, OCD, life and relationship stress, questions around identity, concerns unique to the LGBTQ community, facing serious illness, end-of-life care, and coping with grief and loss.

My practice is informed by my foundational belief in the worth and dignity of every person and the “person-in-environment” framework, which prioritizes the importance of understanding an individual and their behavior in light of the environmental contexts in which that person lives.
