Body Movement for Wellness is a fun way to learn about the benefits of regular physical activity, through low-impact, chair-based exercises that promote cardiovascular health, strength training, and stretching to avoid injury. SNAHC's Parenting Class is based upon the Family Spirit Program, education for Native families with children ages 0-5 years old. All are welcome to attend this CPS approved course.
